At Game Crave Tournament Store, we want you to look your best on and off the stage. If your tournament apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tournament tags and branding are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of your gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
